Introductory Mediation Workshops

Consensio's introductory workshops are designed for busy professionals who want to learn about workplace conflict resolution and mediation in the most time-effective manner. These courses can be delivered as awareness-raising or taster sessions.

Complimentary Mediation Seminar

Consensio invites you to a complimentary seminar to discuss how you can access the value of mediation.

The ACAS Code of Practice has created a more flexible system for employers and employees to deal with conflict situations at work and it heralds a more prominent role for mediation across the United Kingdom.

Mediation is fast becoming recognised as an effective way to resolve workplace conflict whilst also saving your organisation time and money.

The system now emphasises the importance of early dispute resolution in the workplace. Employers are encouraged to offer informal dispute resolution mechanisms, for example, through the provision of internal or external mediation.

At Consensio, we are committed to raising awareness of the benefits of mediation to workplaces across the UK.

As a leading provider of mediation and conflict resolution services, we are offering you a complimentary seminar to explain the changing role of mediation to UK workplaces and how mediation can be embedded within your organisation.
