Team Mediation Process
Team mediation is a dynamic process. Rather than being prescriptive, Consensio will work with each team to develop the most suitable intervention.
The structure of a team mediation has many similarities to a two-party mediation. Details can be found on the Mediation Process page.
A team mediation follows these general steps:

The mediation referral process: Consensio will talk to the client to discuss whether the case is suitable for mediation.

Pre-mediation preparation: Each team member will be asked to prepare for the facilitated team meeting by completing a pre-mediation questionnaire.

Team mediation: The Consensio mediator(s) will meet each team member individually, followed by a joint session with all team members.

Follow-up procedures with team members: Consensio will support the team members post-mediation.
Consensio is a registered mediation provider with the Civil Mediation Council.
