Consultancy

Consensio works with clients to provide consultancy services that include:

Recruitment

An organisation that is setting up an internal mediation service needs to select suitable internal mediators. Consensio will work with clients to provide advice and support with the recruitment process, including selection interviews.

Training

Internal mediators will be trained to the highest standards through Consensio's National Accredited Workplace Mediation Certificate. Consensio's training is tailored to suit clients' needs and enables internal mediators to perform their role in a competent and confident manner.

Consensio also designs and delivers short courses to train managers and other employees to more effectively manage workplace conflict.

External Mediation Services

Many workplace disputes can be resolved by using an internal mediator. However, access to an external mediator is important in more serious cases or where this is requested by one of the parties. Where required, Consensio will provide workplace mediation services across the UK and internationally.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Consensio offers ongoing training and support for all mediators working within an internal service. We understand that newly qualified internal mediators do not always have the opportunity to apply and practice their mediation skills as regularly as external mediators. Consensio is committed to providing CPD, including refresher training, skills development and supervision.

Evaluation

Consensio will evaluate the mediation service to determine its impact on the client organisation and its employees. Consensio will support clients to adapt and revise the service as necessary.
